Robert was extremely helpful and made our experience to choose a bed very easy. He was very informative about the products and was able to answer our questions. We would highly recommend this store to friends.

We thought the machine that measures what kind of mattress you would need based on how you sleep, etc. was a good idea. St Clair, who looked after us during the visit, was knowledgeable and took his time to explain all of the options. It was a pleasant experience.

I have been looking around gif a bed& mattress for a few weeks but not been into Dreams previously. I was browsing and had no idea about the different types of mattresses. I went in as I had about half an hour/40 minutes to kill and walked out with a bed! The assistance I got mainly from Robert (and a little from Sinclair) was excellent, very knowledgeable & helpful about the types & benefits and offered different extras, helped keep the cost to my rough budget snd processed the payments easily especially checking availability snd delivery times whilst I was considering which mattress to choose from the various ones I had tried out
