the assistant was very polite, very helpful listened to what we saying and asking for did not rush us at all had time for us, told us to take our time try different beds., mattress, quick delivery no hassle, delivered when we were told it would be, delivery driver's polite as well, i am and my wife very impressed with the whole experience, and i will tell other's as well, thank your staff it as made a big differnce to me and i will go back, regards mr s rawlings

The advice and Service was absolutely satisfying. I was offerd a dirnk and didn't need to Spende a lot of time explaining what i wanted and there was no atempt made to Talk me into buying something i didn't want.

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by your staff in a friendly and welcoming way

We were greeted almost as soon as we entered the store, the member of staff was very nice, polite and not pushy. He gave us time to look around and then discussed options with us and tried the mattress tester. The staff member was so helpful and knowledgeable that we didn't go in intending to buy we were just looking but we brought a new bed, mattress etc he was very good at upselling. He even helped us with some really great deals and discounts.
