After entering store and looking at a few beds, salesperson approached, discussed our needs, introduced to the tech bed machine which evaluated the type of bed we needed. Looked at recommended beds and picked one. In stock for quick delivery. Salesperson was professional, knew his stuff and was polite and attentive throughout.

We were met by one of the sales team who quickly identified what we wanted and showed us which mattresses to look at. We were then able to quickly identify the mattress we wanted. When we were a bit disappointed with delivery time of 10 days he showed us a return mattress which we could immediately take away, but we ended up going for the one we originally wanted, and in fact an option for delivery 4 days after our visit was available!

We found the bed we were looking for, were able to determine the size we needed and arrange delivery. We were also given guidance when selecting the right mattress. The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and, importantly, didn’t go for the ‘hard sell’. The whole experience was easy and satisfying and we’re looking forward to receiving our new bed.

Jeff was very helpful and listened to our needs and took time to find the mattress for us.

The assistant was alone in the store in Oxford and it was difficult for him to divide his time between the various customers but he managed this very efficiently. He put me through a test to help me to decide what would be the best mattress for my needs and was all times very courteous.

The salesman was very professional and friendly listened to what I said /asked for, as I was was not too sure of the type of mattress I needed he suggested I tried the bed that measures the best type of mattress for you, he then and suggested /gave me a choice of products, although obviously there to sell a product, he was not at all pushy (if he was I would not have made a purchase), all in all a very pleasing experience, and would not hesitate to recommend on the experience I have had.
