I was completely satisfied with my visit to the store as I was able to purchase the item I required at a reasonable price and was pleased with the service of the sales assistant.

As already stated there was very little choice of mattress available for the type of bed frame I have and I was also disappointed with how long it is going to take to deliver.

Michalina was fantastic at the Oxford store however the gel foam mattress protector she wanted to give me in the price was not in stock and they have been having difficulty getting them. I was given the ordinary one but warned that it negated the cool/heat aspect of the mattress (which is the reason I am buying this mattress). she said that they hoped to get them back in soon. I thought she meant that you would replace mine when they came in. however when phoning to clarify was told I would have to pay £40 for the protector which seams unfair when it was not my fault that you have had problems getting them (apparently there was a staff meeting about it the day before!) As I said Michalina was great. I also need to say that when I went on your website earlier was VERY impressed at how helpful it was.

Buying a bed is complex and took far longer than i thought it would.

Price quite high on many lines. Only had limited choice in our price range

I felt that the products could have been labelled in a clearer fashion so that we could focus on the area that interested us. It was also not explained in advance that we would be chardged for having the old mattresses and bed base removed.

We were satisfied with all of the service that we received.
