Friendly efficient

The guy who was there was very friendly and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable taking my time to choose the mattress i wanted. He is aslo always around when i wanted to ask questions. He introduced me to a bed with testing mechanism. And explained to me what type of mattresses suits me.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by Jeff. He asked my requirements, explained the machine that determines which mattresses are best for me and made me feel comfortable. I was then given a pillow and plenty of time on my own to try the mattresses. As I also required an ottoman bed and headboard, I was shown the range and the prices were explained to me. Jeff was not pushy and had a friendly manner, which was why, after going to 3 other bed stores, I returned and placed my order.

The assistant that dealt with us was very attentive and other assistants were always on hand as well. We were not rushed and Covid precautions were visibly in place. The store was busy and yet we still had to wait very little time to be looked after.

Sales staff were extremely helpful and advised us to look at the wall displays before trying all the mattresses. Once we'd done this they offered us the chance to try their patented sleep master! This took 3 minutes of lying down on a special bed, easy, and guided us to mattresses suitable for us! We were then given pillows based on our responses to questions and off we went to find our perfect mattress.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were very knowledgeable about the products. Also the automated mattress finder was very useful.

The gentleman who assisted me in store (St Clair) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right mattress without rushing or making me feel like I was being pressured into making a purchase. The divan I would have liked was not available for delivery at the same time as the mattress so St Clair spent time finding an alternative that was so they would be delivered together. The store manager was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this store again to make another purchase and would recommend it to others.

The man assisting us was very friendly, helped us find the mattress we needed. He also didn't hover for ages and gave us space to make the decision without pressure, while still being attentive, informative and available. He is why our experience was so good.
