Whilst the salesman was knowledgeable about the products he was rushing me into making a decision.

Overall we were, but initially the member of staff approached us quite quickly and chatted very fast without knowing of course that my mum is profoundly deaf. Had we not had been there to explain this my mum probably would have walked out without making a purchase. She finds this very off putting anyway without the added pressure of trying to listen as hard as she can when a member of the team is talking just too fast. Some better training within the Dreams show rooms for your staff too accommodate the deaf would be helpful.
