Our experience in the store was good, and Robert who served us was extremely helpful. When I then phoned to confirm the size mattress we needed and make the order, the person I spoke to wasn't at all interested and not helpful. I was also disappointed that you charge an extra £40 to dispose of our old mattress, and then I was asked to come back to the store to collect a bag for the old mattress. He did agree to send the bag by post when I said I thought I should be asked to make the collection as well as paying for the service.

I was looking for Isabella model of the bed frame. It wasn't available at the store. However, Robert helped by showing similar models at the store. It would have been nice to view the exact model in the store.

The guest bed I was after was not carried in store. But earlier in the week I had phoned the customer care line who advised the guest bed is a display item in this particular store. That bit of miscommunication needs to be sorted out

The assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. We are moving into an empty house on 17 July and have no bed to sleep on until 17 August - we would really appreciate an earlier delivery

I was mostly very satisfied. The only issue being the specific bed frame I wanted being out of stock until July, and it being over £100 more in cost vs when we bought the same one in January 2020.
