Very friendly and helpful staff

As soon as we entered the showroom, we were met by an assistant called Jeff who was extremely helpful and polite. He listened to what we wanted, then gave some really good sound advice. We left the shop happy and unharassed and looking forward to a good nights sleep when our mattress arrives.

Jeff the sales man was very helpful and gave lots of advice but was not pushy.

The shop assistant - St Clair - was very helpful and understood our needs well. He helped us make our best choice in a relaxed way, but always provided relevant information in a timely manner. This personalised approach and help by St Clair is wealth made us highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams.

There was a wide range of products and Jeff had a very good knowledge of the products. I was greeted with a cup of tea and a friendly smile and not pressured to buy the first thing he showed me and to try out several products to make sure i was getting the best for me.

The speed with which I was served and my order processed. The overall price was competitive and the sales assistant was honest about the clearance products. There was no pretentious and obscure sales pitch, just helpfulness, speed and honesty. Perfect service.
