Dreams - Oxford

Normally I am very fussy, indecisive and have no idea of what product that I want. I was served by Haroon at Dreams Oxford where he provided me with excellent customer service advising me of the type of beds and the colours that they came in and I was able to leave the store highly satisfied with the products that I had purchased in store. Keep up the good work Haroon.

Not having purchased a bed for a number of years we were very apprehensive about getting a new one, particularly as beds have changed significantly. We need not have worried, from the time we entered the store we felt comfortable with the help we received and there was no pressure to buy. Delivery date was speedily given and the terms and conditions of our order form were well dealt with by St. Clair and Jeff his Manager. We were even offered a cup of tea/coffee if needed. It is comforting to know that we have a 30 day trial and if it should proved not the right one for us we can exchange it for something else. Altogether a very pleasant and rewarding shopping experience
