We were matched to our ideal mattress through the interactive machine and the staff were very patient whilst we chose our item. The staff were accomodating with our questions and with our time frame.

Haroon was fantastic. He has helped us on several occasions previously when we purchased mattresses for our children and he is always friendly and knowledgable. It is for this reason we chose Dreams this time.

We spent the time on the sleep tester and it gave us a list which was very easily explained by the sales guy (ashamedly I forgot his name). We were then allowed to test them and he just left us to it but was always there to answer a question if we peered over and as we did the rounds he emphasized taking our time. Although that seems like a given, it was nice to be reassured and not rushed when about to make such a big purchase.
