We were greeted by Haroon with a smile when we first entered the store, he kindly asked if we needed help but we decided to look around first. Then we found a bed that we liked and Haroon noticed this and came over and answered all our questions and gave us recommendations about a frame. In the end we were highly satisfied with our visit because of the service we were given.

Products well laid out, and different constructions explained clearly. We were given plenty of time to consider our purchase and were made to feel welcome and relaxed, by Jeff. A good atmosphere in the store.

St. Clare, our customer care representative, was knowledgeable and helpful, but he also didn't apply the pressure that I usually get when shopping for high end products-and I liked that. He just let my wife and I look around and answered our questions without stalking us or suggesting we spend more than we intended to.

We had Jeff look after us today and he understood our needs very well and showed us exactly what we was looking for, he even gave us plenty of time to make up our mind with a coffee he had made us. We found him very helpful rather then pushing us into something we did not want. He made us very welcome . He even found me out a pillow to help with my neck problems that I had not even thought of. I’ve already told my friend how helpful Jeff was and how happy I was in store today and now she is going in tomorrow as she needs a new bed. I think Jeff knows his job and beds very well as we bought the first one he picked out even after we tried all the others and that shows he really did listen to our needs.

I looked on line first to choose the mattress I wanted. Then I went in the store to try it out & was shown 2 options, a sprung with gel top & a memory foam option. I was also given a pillow to try. The pricing, delivery & removal of old mattress was clearly explained & also shown on the computer screen. St Clair was a very nice & friendly sales person who left me to try the mattress & only went through the sales process when I was ready.

The showroom layout was very good. Easy to look at the type of bed I was interested in. I was not pushed into buying a bed but given time to make sure I purchased the one I wanted. The salesman that I had (Haroon) was very knowledgeable. He answered any questions that I had.
