Dreams - Oxford

From the onset Jeff was very welcoming and wasn't pushy like some sales persons can be. Jeff was very attentive and assisted in the easevof purchasing our son a new bed frame and mattress.

We were offered coffee on arrival and assisted by Michalina who was very friendly and knowledgable about all products especially giving us great advice about mattresses. When placing our order she was very efficient and explained all we needed to know I can honestly say it was a great shopping experience and for someone like me who hates shopping I will be telling all my friends.

We were welcomed immediately on arrival, and were shown the items we wanted without any fuss or delay. The sale was processed quickly and efficiently. We were all done within 20 minutes.

Sales assistant was pleasant and gave us time to explore options. He was at hand with advice when requested i.e. No pressure.

You need to put signs up to say you have moved to oxford seacourt tower as I thought you were up by Aldi's. Haroon was very helpful/friendly and good customer service. I will be recommending you to my friends and family as a very nice store. You have very friendly staff and smiley faces we will be back soon. Many thanks ian pounder

Im suffering with a bad pelvis and hips so i asked which mattress was ok for me to purchase for my needs.And i wanted a decent mattress for this.I was very pleased when i tested my mattress out

I was looking for a single bed but didn't have any on display. The staff member was very helpful explained why .He showed me beds and mattresses which I can get in a single.

We were nicely assisted in a non-obtrusive but helpful and friendly way by St.Clair in the Oxford store.
