I arrived in the Oxford Seacourt store of Dreams to browse around not even intending to buy a new mattress at the time. I was greeted by a very friendly customer sales adviser Michalina Stempien who convinced me as to why I should invest in a quality Tempur Luxe mattress and, in a thoroughly professional manner, Michalina helped me to make the best decision that I have ever made! 45 days later of the most restful nights I have ever experienced in 20 years, I still have the hugest smile on my face. Thank-you very much, Michalina Stempien I am so indebted to you...

Assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy.

Your assistant George St Clair was brilliant from beginning to end. He asked what we were looking for pointed nus in the right direction. He then gave us both a coffee and then let us browse with no hassle. He was immediately available to give us full details and advised us fully of the options etc of the product. Once we had decided our purchase he was again most helpful and thoroughly explained everything in great detail. I would go as far as to say that his service was the best I have ever received when making a purchase. You should be very very proud of him he was a credit to Dreams.

The Sales Assistant (Jeff) was friendly, knowledgeable and professional (and he makes a good cup of tea). He knew the product range well, and was able to suggest two mattresses in particular to suit the bed frame (The Woodstock) which also gave my 14 year old grandson (who the bed is for) a good choice, whilst not exceeding my budget which I had discussed earlier in the day with Jeff He didn't hurry us and had a good sense of when we needed assistance and when to stand back. Overall a very good experience and we are looking forward to delivery date.

From the beginning, Jeff was very attentive and asked if I needed help to which I said I was fine for the moment since I was browsing. Then after I decided the bed frame, he was very helpful in finding the correct bed mattress to my choice. He was friendly and was very informative about the different mattresses which helped me decide the perfect mattress.

Welcoming store environment and helpful assistance. Product we were looking for was easily identified, we were upsold and purchased pillows and a duvet that we were not intending to originally buy when we entered the store. We were offered tea whilst we processed the order and given a further 5% off the original price of the mattress that we purchased.

Michalina the assistant was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and found a bed on the web which suited us - she apparently has one so that was good .She had a good sense of humour
