Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable without being overtly pushy.

The assistant who served us understood exactly what we wanted and directed us to the correct item with ease he also explained the difference between the products to make sure we had the right item

We were purchasing a bed as a wedding gift of which we wanted delivered on return from our wedding in Mauritius. we were flying the next day after ordering!!! Jeff was very accommodating and was very interested in our wedding plans! A complete professional, Jeff gave us the knowledge we required whilst still making us feel relaxed. It was an important purchase for us & we wanted to make the right decision of which Jeff made us feel confident.
