Haroon was great his service was excellent he showed us all the tv beds and compare them for us and he answered all my questions . He gave us nice hot chocolate my son loved it . I just came to have a look but he made it simpler for us to choose the best suited tv bed for my son .. I defo coming back to buy another one for my daughter ... excellent service Haroon is good

The assistant that helped me find what I wanted was extremely polite, not pushy at all but very helpful. His name was StClair. He found exactly the mattress suitable for my needs, he was very knowledgeable. Also with a good sense of humour and patience whilst I made my mind up!

We had previously visited a competitor of yours, the store was empty and the two employees sat at the back of the store talking to each other and ignoring my wife and I. When we walked into Dream we were warmly welcomed by StClaire who spent some time talking to my wife and I about our requirements before showing us a selection of mattresses. Both StClaire and Jeff the store manager were very friendly, helpful and also very good with our 8 year child who had no desire to be mattress shopping on a boiling hot bank holiday Monday. Excellent staff and service.

The Dreams Colleague was friendly, polite and knew about the product we were looking at. He showed us alternatives and was more than happy to go through things like colour of bed etc. He offered us tea/coffee/water shortly after walking in the door. Customer service is absolutely second to none in my opinion and I would willingly appraise anybody who asked about my visit to the store. It was a pleasure to be served by such attentive people.

We were greeted on arrival and from then on very well looked after, shown the range and the different types of mattress explained brilliantly with the 'icing on the cake' analogy. I never felt pushed into anything, nor upsold just for the purpose of earning more. No hard sell just a lot of relative information and gentle encouragement. We left with a promise of a follow up call, which was delivered on time two days later. I then placed an order several days later, without ever feeling obliged.

We have been in need of a mattress for a while, we went into Dreams store for the first time - just to see what's available, getting some advice on materials and type of mattress available. However, after 30min we left happily with a purchase 2x our budget, if the staff hadn't been so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, we would have walked straight out as there was nothing available with our original budget. What really also caught our eye was the 40 day trial....you literally cannot go wrong with that, we are really please we did not purchase anything online and we are very excited to receive our new mattress in a couple of weeks time.
