Upon entering the store, we were greeted by StClair who was friendly and helpful, asked us questions about what we were looking for, showed us 3 different options and then gave us time to decide what was best for us.

The welcome and friendliness. The knowledge and help given when I explained I have back problems. The cheerfulness of the manager and staff. So nice to be greeted with a smile. The overall service we were given. Not rushed.

St Clair was very helpful, friendly and talked us through the purchase without jargon and pressure to buy. An unusually good shopping experience.

friendly professional staff who knew about the bed frame and mattress we were interested in....offered refreshment whilst we sat and went through the process of ordering....luckily there was a king size bed frame in the store so this helped us see how lovely the double bed size would be so made it easier....he showed us a mattress to try which he advised would suit us....he explained about the period of 30 or 40 nights once it had been delivered to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase....we went though how our old bed could be taken away and our new bed would be fully set up for us when delivered.....as we were his first customers today he said he would give us free pillows.
