Dreams - Oxford

It was an easy visit; the employee, Haroon, welcomed us warmly and was able to answer any questions we had about the products we were interested in. He listened to the difficulties we had with a previous purchase and gave advice. He made the ordering process of a new product very easy and demonstrated how some ottoman beds opened and closed too which was very helpful.

The time spent in the Oxford store was very good due to the great customer service provided by Haroon the sales assistant. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked on the best price possible for us. We left the store feeling satisfied and happy we had crossed the correct mattress and bed for a suitable price.

Robert from the Oxford branch was hugely helpful, we gave us our requirements and he showed the beds that would meet these. Had we not had this help, we probably would have gone round the store and not really been sure whether some beds met our criteria. Robert was also extremely knowledgeable about all the stock in store. I also enjoyed the virtual analysis to match us with a mattress.

Haroon was very informative and gave us lots of advice in helping us to decide on our bed purchases. He showed much patience and we felt that we were his only clients and he had lots of time for all our questions. Outstanding service!!

We were attended to by Robert in store. He was very courteous friendly knowledgeable & professional. It was refreshing to be given the time to explain our needs & our needs met and some. The whole experience of chatting with Robert, the sleep matters trial, loved that bit, trying a few mattresses to sitting down to place the order was very satisfying. We left the store feeling very pleased with our purchase & all the help & advice given.

I am disabled and a wheelchair user, the guys were very helpful trying to find the right bed and mattress. l was pleased with their work very helpful indeed.

Joshua in the oxford store was lovely - he showed us range of beds, frames & mattresses and found the perfect one to suit our needs. He was professional & friendly. Very knowledgable and informative.

Haroon at your Oxford branch was lovely. Helpful, informative and not at all pushy.

Had done a bit of research before going to store and when at store I was greeted by a happy assistant called Robert who helped in the process of looking at and choosing a mattress, he explained everything about various products from dreams and I was happy to purchase a mattress there and then from his help. He is an asset to dreams.
