Helpfulness and product knowledge of the sales assistant

St Clair was the gentleman who looked after my needs. He was very methodical in his approach to me asking questions and understanding whether the divan is separated either head to head or side to side as this was key to get the bed up a narrow staircase in my new home. I felt very encouraged by St Clair's attentive approach, hence deciding to purchase one of Dreams' beds. Thank you, I am also a repeat customer having bought beds for all my family in my last home in Princes Risborough in 2007.

The store manager was very helpful and knowledgable and he helped us choosing the right beds we wanted.

Assistance was readily available and knowledgeable but we were not harrassed and felt able to browse at our leisure. Guidance was there if needed

My first visit to this store. Straight away I was greeted by St Clair who found out what I was looking for and guided me through my options. There was never any hard sell. He was very friendly with a great sense of humour plus his product knowledge is excellent. When I came to buy a mattress after closing the bed frame St Clair understood what I was looking for and advised me on a less expensive option. Thank you very much 👍🏻

Friendly staff that offered great customer service, tried the bed, offered matching pillow, offered a drink and walked away with my boxed mattress and pillows within 30minutes! Very happy!

I was served by a lovely gentlemen named Jeff, He was on his own just for the sake of allowing a fellow worker be able to have their holiday. Despite this his spirit and passion was high even with the store being busy when I entered. While the wait was long (due to the customer(s) not him) he offered me drinks and said if i wanted to go do something while I waited I could. This is the kind of care you don't see enough of in retail and its the best experience i've had ever shopping from start to finish. His knowledge of the store, mattress and everything Dream was top notch, never once making me feel lost during the whole process. This is all the same during the payment since this was my first time doing fiance. I could go on for much longer but the word limit wouldn't allow me. Overall Jeff is a shining example of Retail and quite frankly a shining example of a kind man. I want to come back and buy more for this store in future and that is because of Jeff.
