Very friendly knowledgeable staff Wide range of beds and mattresses to meet my needs Only downside is the assembly charge which I didn't take luckily I have someone to assemble the bed for me I have purchased beds from other suppliers and the assembly charge was free

Excellent range of mattresses to try - all types and firmnesses. Excellent value for money by comparison for the mattress I chose. Fantastic delivery men who went above and beyond to get our super-king bed up to the top floor, despite narrow winding stairs!

There was no corporate bull; Jeff was very attentive and didn’t appear to have a sales-orientated agenda when advising on what was best for me. He listened while I told him what kept me up at night (literally!) then steered me towards the appropriate products - as a result, I was more than happy to spend a little more money for the quality. Thanks again for not trying to ‘oversell’!

St Claire in the store was very helpful without being intrusive, he listened to what we wanted and suggested a very good mattress with hope we’ll be happy with (not yet arrived). I would definitely go back to store for his assistance
