As entering the Dream shop It was very welcoming, and the staff was very helpful. We were offered a drink and the staff was very Knowledgeable of there products.

The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. We laughed a lot. He made an old lady’s visit a ‘morning out ‘ The salesman’s name is St Claire

The assistant was very knowledgeable about and I was very pleased with the service I received.Although I wanted a cheap mattress the assistant asked me to try 2 mattresses so that i could feel the difference in them.He wasn't at all pushy and I did opt for the more expensive one and I'm pleased I did.

Because the consultant was very experienced and knowledgeable of the products when I explain exactly what we wanted, he knew what bed and mattress we should have especially as my partner suffers from back problems and pain. We also bought the pillows because he explains the reason why we should have those and because we spent so much he also threw in a mattress cover as well. So very happy customers.

Michalina really looked after us. Having established that I had just had major bac surgery, she was empathetic and hugely knowledgeable in terms of what could and would be most comfortable for me going forwards - especially having had a memory foam Tempur for the last 10 years, and now needing something more firm at the sides. Really friendly, pleasant service. A joy to deal with.

Michalina who took care of us twice over the same day was very helpful, and gave us very valuable advices. She was very friendly, and explained to us in details the overall cost - which made us feel confortable about spending that much money. Shame she is leaving soon the company.

Haroon was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattress, and helped me to select quickly and effectively. He also made me coffee.
