Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly, clear in his explanations, and nudged us in the right direction without being too pushy. It was a positive and relaxing experience deciding on which mattress to buy.

The costumer assistant was friendly and knowledgeable, he recommended different things and advised us to try them out in the store.

St Clair greeted me cheerfully as I arrived, he was very friendly and helpful and quickly put me at ease with his happy demeanour. He quickly understood what I was looking for and showed me three beds. He didn't try to encourage me over my suggested budget. He was very patient as I tried various beds. He explained everything to me thoroughly and was very gracious as I then decided to look at other items such as a headboard and another bed option. His good humour throughout made the shopping experience very pleasant. I was pleased with the prices and options available.
