Your Colleague "St.Clair" allowed us space and time before approaching us in a gentle, relaxed & friendly manner. He explained the differences in the mattresses we were interested in and answered all our questions. He offered us tea & coffee and provided us with pillows to use. I regarded his salesmanship as highly professional and his affable nature and gentle humour particularly beguiling. I also particularly enjoyed listening to his beautiful Antiguan accent - He is a very personable and ebullient gentleman.

We had very informative assistance. Sales person knew what to offer to ease my back pain while sleeping. He even knew about our current mattress which Dreams doesn’t even sell.

Cassidy was just fantastic throughout, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She helped us find what we needed within our price range.

The sales assistant, Cas, and her colleagues were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff where very helpful and friendly, and took the time to understand what I needed. They made useful suggestions and recommendations, that were relevant to the requirements I'd expressed to them. I felt that they really wanted to help me find the right products for me, and weren't just trying to sell me the most expensive items; as can be the case in other stores. The process of ordering and delivery was explained clearly, and they took the time to answer any questions I had; however trivial. They made sure I was completely happy with my order and the method of payment before finalizing the purchase, and I was given all the information I needed regarding my purchase and the number to call if I had any further queries. Excellent staff and service, I'd highly recommend them to others.
