Cassidy, who helped us through our purchase was amazing, she remembered who we were as soon as we walked back into the shop and answered all the questions asked. Placed our order super quick and was able to get the delivery date we wanted. Would highly recommend her!

Jeff was wonderfully helpful and did not try to push products on me that I wasn't interested in. He offered me a deal that he thought might appeal and it was perfect

Stclaire was an excellent sales person, we were informed and given options, unlike other retail store (including some of your other stores) where they just choose to show the most expensive. Stclair is an asset to your company

We visited the Dreams Store in Botley Road, Oxford on 12/10/18. The assistant (Cassidy) was in the shop on her own which we thought rather unsafe. However she could not have been more helpful, not at all pushy in which case we would have left. She knew her products and let us spend time choosing a mattress with helpful advice. She made us coffee and my friend and I bought a bed, mattress, headboard and pillows each, spending over #3,000 between us. I even bought a Sleep Pal which I would not have done without Cassidy showing me everything it did. She was brilliant and made an experience I was dreading very pleasant. I have no doubts about my choices which gives a wonderful peace of mind after spending, for me, a large amount of money. Thank you Dreams.

The gentleman who was called Stclair was very friendly not pushy and knowledgeable also his colleague Jeff much the same both very pleasant and helpful a really nice shopping experience in fact we purchased two beds one for me and one for my daughter
