Dreams - Oxford

Visited the store on Sunday afternoon. Was greeted by friendly staff, who offered assistance very quickly, and even offered us tea or coffee, a nice personal touch. After being given time to browse, we were shown from bed to bed the different products available, and what made them different, or best suited our needs. Cass, the sales assistant made the process effortless and was extremely knowledgeable. She made the process so much easier, despite us being very indecisive! We ended up leaving the store to go home and have a think about what would suit us best. After looking through all the options we had been helped to narrow down to more on the Dreams website, we made a decision and returned to store on Monday to place the order. The whole process was quick and efficient, and the overall cost with all the added extras and the quick delivery time was better than we had anticipated. Very happy shoppers, and will be recommending to others, and will definitely be returning if we require any more bed/bed related items in the future.

Great service my manager Haroon himself.. he was the only person working in store today when we arrived in store there were few people but Haroon delt with everyone in a great didn't rush us he gave us our thinking time answered all our questions .. even though he was serving a couple when we came in but he acknowledged us by saying welcome in which was great . some retailers don't give u respect but i really appreciate the way Haroon delt with us .. Great guy asset to your company .. will coming back soon to buy more beds for my sons

Haroon was very welcoming when we walked in, but not overpowering. We kind of knew what we wanted and Haroon filled in all the gaps and was most helpful. He allowed us to move at our pace and nothing was too much trouble, even providing a coffee. Would certainly recommend my friends visit when requiring a bed or mattress

The store manager was polite and not pushy, he let us relax and take our time making us feel comfortable to make a purchase

The staff were very helpful in locating products and giving advice. Relaxed atmosphere, did not feel pressured. Served by Cassidy who was excellent, as were her colleagues.

The friendly and helpful advice provided by the sales assistant that looked after us on this purchase make us feel at ease and filled us with confidence with the purchase decision. If it was not for the sales assistant helping us and being so personable on the day we would not have made the purchase there and then. Thank you!

Mexcellent customer service from both Jeff and Cassidy, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and spent time explaining things and understanding my disabilities. I even received a free cup of tea on both my visits and both members of staff made me feel welcome and did everything to make my experience and purchase smooth and perfect.
