Dreams - Oxford

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams as Robert was extremely thorough at providing us with all the right information, had all the answers to our questions, and was extremely helpful in making sure we chose the right mattress and even helped us find the best deals for us. The mattress test was a bonus and the best thing we've done to feel more confident in knowing what we're looking for in a mattress!

St Clair was a perfect gentleman, perfect. Knew he remembered us from last year and answered any questions we had very clearly.!

Excellent advice and service from Harroon (hope I've spelled that correctly) who gave excellent advice, left us time to discuss and debate the right mattress and was super efficient throughout.

Joshua was very happy to ensure we were happy from the minute we walked into the store until we left. There was no rubbish talk it was all very sincere and the store manager was very helpful and genuine too. Whole experience felt comfortable.

Very friendly and helpfull. Josh knew what he was talking about and explained it well. Friendly but did not bother us too much. Offered us time to make decisions and come back later and gave us a clear descritive quote.

we were greeted warmly at the door by the manager, Jeff, and invited to browse while we waited for the assessment machine to become free, about 5 minutes. After using the sleep machine (fun!) we tried some of the recommended mattresses and Jeff advised us. We soon made a choice, and to my husband's great joy (and mine) we were making the purchase and on our way home.

Robert was the perfect sales person. He greeted us with energy, friendliness, thoughtfulness and knowledge. We enjoyed the 3mins on the computer bed(sorry can’t remember the name) and he guided us to try a couple of beds, with the result that we ordered the one chosen. He then took us through the options and benefits of various extras … pillows etc and procedures when the bed would be delivered. He also explained that our current bed will be removed by the delivery people for a small fee. On the whole we couldn’t be more satisfied and are so looking forward to our new beds delivery. We felt we were being helped by a friend.

I knew what i was looking for before i went in & was pleased with the help from Robert at the Botley store he was very helpful &freindly . Nothing was to much bother the help we got was so good you should be pleased that you got him working for you Such a happy customer &cant wait to get my bed&mattress to get a good nigth sleep thank you all
