Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Our assistant, Tony, clearly had a wealth of knowledge and experience to help us make our choice. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and even made us a nice cup of tea whilst we were placing our order.

My daughter told me about her mattress from dreams that she had brought about a month a go and was happy. So we looked on line to see if any interested us and with that in mined we went to try them out

Friendly service, allowed time to make my decision, offered a cup of tea and a nice chat

A huge range of beds and pillows available to try, no rush to purchase, offered and accepted a cup of coffee while trying out the beds. All our questions were answered and we're delighted with the try and exchange option - it's next to impossible to really know a bed until you've slept on it for at least a week. We believe we've got the right bed though!

In store service from Tony was great - helpful and nice to deal with. Delivery was on time and the two delivery men provided a good service. The only possible down side was that some of the bedding items were not available in the size required (in-store). Other than that no complaints at all.

I was served by Marian, offered a cup of tea imediatly and was given friendly advice and service throughout the visit. The store is Orpington Sevenoaks way

There was a large range of products to choose from with the assistant explaining the options available to us we were not chased around the store but shop staff were available to answer questions and understood the ranges that were availablw

Price and Choice plus Mr Taiwo was very polite,helpful and knowledgeable on your products.
