Warm, friendly, knowledgeable assistant and not at all pushy. Good range of mattresses would prefer more medium and soft to try in store

We received attention from the moment we got to the store. Our question were answered and all was explained very well. Having a young child, we were very happy to have been told about the warranty we were able to purchase.

I went in to Dreams in the Orpington Branch with only a vague idea of what I was looking for, an ottoman bed, but was unsure about what was available in shop. The staff helped me by going through all the standard 4ft beds available in the shop and what was the best value for price. I picked out a lovely spacious silver double ottoman bed and a mattress which had been reduced from 700 to around 300 which the staff advised me on, which is really really comfortable! The man in the shop drew me up a quote on the final price and told me if i wanted to come back on Friday I could receive 20% off my order, which was really lovely and helpful - saved me a fair amount of money too! Overall I'm really happy with my experience of buying a bed at Dreams, which I haven't done so before and definitely will do in the future when i'm in need of a new one. I would happily recommend Dreams to anybody I know looking.

tony the sales rep was very knowledgeable about all the products in store, there was no time limit but i'm a quick chooser anyway, very nice of tony to offer a cold or hot drink as we were finalizing the purchase, yes was a good and easy shopping experience

The salesman 'Tony' was extremely helpful without being annoying. He showed us the type of mattress we were after, explained the difference between each one (we were shown 3) and he left us to try each one. Tony was on hand to answer any questions, which he answered very knowledgeable. Our decision was made. We were offered Tea.
