I spoke to a lady called Jas when I called earlier this week & she was extremely helpful going out of her way to show me suitable mattresses which would be suitable for my back problem. The divan the mattress was on was too high for me so she showed me suitable bed frames, making sure the mattress would fit correctly. I made sure I spoke to her when I went in today to place my order.
