The assistant was very helpful and didn’t push me in to sales. He let me take my time but was on hand to answer any questions. Very amicable and knowledgable. His name was Tony.

The store was larger and had a selector unit The sales guy Tee knew the answers to our questions and provided an efficient no pressure purchase Ended up buying the mattress we hope is right .you have a limit how long you stay in the shop so time is limited

My wife & I were seen quickly & shown around the different mattress's we were then recommended to try the Mattress comfort machine which we did, this provided us with a choice of different mattress's, we then laid on the ones recommended by the machine & chose the one we felt more comfortable on. over all we were very satisfied with the level of service we received & the professionalism shown by the member of staff who demonstrated the mattress's to us.

They got me to try the sleep machine that told me the exact bed I needed for my sleep position and hip problems

Jasbir was an excellent sales assistant, she helped us so much and had great product knowledge. She spent lots of time with us, nothing was too much trouble yet she didn't try to be pushy with her selling technique. She is a fantastic staff member and I would recommend her to everyone looking for a new bed!

Store was fairly empty and we effectively had a personal shopping assistant. She was knowledgeable. She showed us and we use the "bed recommendation tool" etc. Very happy. Hope the beds are good when we use them!

After a fair wait to be acknowledged, were greeted by a young man named Tee. He was polite, courteous, friendly and very patient in understanding my requirements for a new mattress. He offered coffee to my mum, and was overall exceptional in his information and service. He went above and beyond by informing us of the flash sale commencing the following day, which ensured that we would return, and ended up spending more than originally planned!! He is an exceptional member of staff and was just as wonderful the next day when placing our order. Regarding the store, there was a large selection of beds and mattresses to choose from, and information listed at the foot of each bed for ease of reference.
