Dreams - Orpington Springvale

We purchased a mattress & divan base from the Orpington store. Lisa Marie was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & it was a pleasurable shopping experience. We were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase & will definitely go back. Fantastic, thankyou very much!

The salesman Lee was very helpful and he gave us good advice. He explained the way certain mattresses were designed for comfort support etc. We were given plenty of time to make a decision without any sales pressure, which made us feel comfortable to place an order.

The advisor was very welcoming and knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were after. She listened to our comments and and then advised accordingly and did not push us in any way to buy. The choice was left to us.

Everything went swimmingly. Lovely, friendly staff, offer of a cup of coffee. Easily placed order. On time delivery. All went according to plan with no stress placed upon us. Many thanks.

Jasbir gave us time to browse before coming to assist us, which we appreciated given that the majority of other stores jump on customers as soon as they step through the door. We were guided to the sleep test, and tried out multiple mattresses, and Jas was really accommodating as we had the kids with us too. She didn’t have to, but was great in making us aware of the discount on the mattress, and arranging the order for us. I came back to Dreams having purchased a roll up memory form mattress in 2008, and will certainly be back in 2029 for a new one.

Although I went in for a Sealy bed, as seen on line, the manager explained that range was not held in store and unlikely to be available until next year. However he showed me quite a few alternatives and I found exactly what I wanted - he explained all the differences and I was happy with my choice

We were very happy with our service at Dreams (Orpington). The colleague who spoke to us was very helpful and friendly and asked us what we were looking for. She let us look around by ourselves and when we were ready to do the bed simulator., she explained how it works and asked us some questions about how we slept, she put our details into the tablet.
