The lady, Jas, fully understood my specific requirements and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I found the optimum bed for my requirements at a price I felt was good. The bed selection service was helpful, and having been given plenty of time in which to try the beds,I felt confident that I have purchased the correct bed. The paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently and delivery organised. I also bought a new pillow which has proven to be excellent and the mattress protector too. I would certainly recommend Dreams at Orpington to my family and friends.

Tee gave us great service, giving advice when we asked and left us to test mattresses alone. No pressured sales and was fantastic with our 18 month old as well. Made the whole experience enjoyable and easy.

we walked in to the store and had time to look around as all staff members were busy. The only thing I would say is we were not greeted, we had to ask for help. Once we did the service was very good from the sales lady

Geoff at Dreams, Redditch was very welcoming but not intrusive while I was looking around. He gave me time to browse then helped me to choose the right base and mattress using the Sleepmatch bed. He also tried me with a Therapur pillow when I said about neck ache in the mornings with my current pillows. Such excellent reductions in the sale that I decided to buy straight away - even though I only went in to look! Geoff looked after me well, I had a coffee and he took me through the order and delivery process. I was very impressed with the whole process and also with a Saturday delivery being available. Very few big stores do that so that was a bonus!

The service was excellent the shop assistant was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We were given all the information we required to make our choice. While waiting for the order to be done we were given tea which was very welcome after a busy day shopping. Thank you for a great shopping experience
