Dreams - Orpington Springvale

I liked that when I first walked into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help but when I said ‘not fir the moment’, I was not being pestered and followed, but rather left to my own devices to try out mattresses at my own speed. Marian was a great help once I was ready to choose and had some additional questions. Lovely lady, very friendly and went out of her way to help me.

Friendly helpful staff.

The lady who served us was great, friendly and helpful. She introduced us to products and gave us a little time on our own to discuss. It was the right sales formula and we made a purchase. Our son has also purchased a bed and mattress from the same store.

Used the test set up in store and the store staff then explained difference of mattresses and suggested the use of the same pillow for each mattresss in ordere to have a similar experince to be able to focus on difference between mattresses.

Marian was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions even though some of them probably sounded a little daft! When it came to placing the order we were surprised at how quick the delivery would be (we bought at Bensons previously-never again!) and were delighted with the range of beds available. We have chosen a beautiful mattress and divan and a really looking forward to it being delivered at the end of next week. Very happy customers. 10/10

Efficient and helpful staff . Fast delivery

Upon arrival we were greeted by the door and immediately asked if we would like a drink by Marian. We new what we were looking for and had a rough price in mind. After looking at all the beds we knew what we wanted and then Marian reminded us we would also need a mattress to match our new super king bed (we currently only have a double) and then we were out of budget. My partner and I were indecisive and couldn’t agree on a mattress after trialing nearly every one in store. Marian offered us a go on the machine that finds a match to both of our bodies but unfortunately I’m pregnant so we were unable to do this. When sitting down and ordering there was a little table and chair with a colouring pad and crayons which my 2 year old happily played with whilst we sorted our figures. Very good experience, thank you!

My mother was in a wheelchair and the assistant moved several beds to allow access to the beds . She was able to transfer to the beds without a lot of hassle.
