Our assistant Marion was very helpful and informative. She understood our needs and helped us focus on the right products for us. This made the daunting experience of filtering down to an end result much easier.

We found the mattress we saw online very quickly. The store was clean and well laid out. We waiting to be served as 1 employee Marian was already serving another customer however she paused to grab another employee Farvi to serve us so we didn’t have to wait. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Farvi asked if we knew what we wanted which we did but got us to use the sleep pod machine to ensure we had all the information we needed to make a purchase.

We was trying lots of beds, took us a while to decide and the lady who was serving us had lots of patients and wasn’t trying to sell us the most expensive. Was given good advise with a very friendly sales assistant. The price was a lot more than we expected but hope when we get it we get lots of good nights sleep.

Your manager Marian was very helpful , and explained all the various options and mattress/bed types. The whole experience with a cup of tea was very pleasant!

Tony helped us and was excellent. He talked us through the different types of bedding and was really relaxed about letting us try different beds out. There was no pressure felt to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
