We were served by Marion and we found her very helpful in finding the right bed for us. We had our 2 year old son with us and she was very accommodating even tho he was getting bored. Will definitely go back to see her when our children need new mattresses and beds in the new year. Will also be recommending her to relatives that are looking for a new bed too.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Jas was friendly and helpful without being pushy on us buying anything. There was a good choice of matresses that were suitable for us and we had plenty of time to decide which one was best for us. And we were impressed with the delivery time of 4 days!

We were offered refreshments and talked through our available options. Marian was friendly and very knowledgeable and let us browse at our leisure.

Tony was very helpful, not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about the products. Easy and quick to order.

Anthony the assistant was very helpful, approachable, considerate and professional whilst dealing with my 90 year mother. He answered all of her many questions with simple understandable answers. He offered us refreshments (which we did not have due to just having had lunch) whilst placing her order, and arranging a delivery date which was set for only 4 days after placing the order. He explained the procedure for delivery and the notifications that she would receive. I have previously received very good service from the same store when I purchased 2 Tempur beds thus why I took my mother to the same store.
