Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Tony, the assistant who helped us out was really friendly without being too over the top and allowed us space whilst still giving us all the information we needed.

The reasons for my high scores is solely down to the person I dealt with, his name was James. I visited the Orpington store and he said he was helping out as he was usually based in Canterbury, I think his name badge said he was a store manager. If it had not been for his honest approach and knowledge of the mattresses I would have probably gone back to John Lewis. James was highly professional, very personable and his knowledge and passion was outstanding . James is a real credit to the ‘brand’ and I really hope this feedback is given to him in some way as he generally just wanted to help and advise the best he could. I would personally say he is ‘outstanding’. I’ve worked in sales my whole career and to find someone with his passion is very rare. This guy really does deserve some form of recognition, he’s a real gem!

There were lots of mattresses to choose from and it was all a bit overwhelming but I told the sales assistant the mattress I had had before which I liked and although that one has now been discontinued he recommended the closest alternative which I loved

We had personal assistance from the manager James who helped us with selecting the right mattress. He gave us good specialist advice about how a mattress should support your neck, back and knees which was very helpful when making our selection.

Tony was very helpful, and gave us time to view products and think etc. Then he gave us the help we needed.

The staff we very helpful and knowledgable on the products we were looking at. You could tell they had the experience to advise us and gave us time to think, no pressuring us. Very friendly.
