Store manager very knowledgeable and helpful

The assistant (Marian) was very good at taking us through the various products that where suitable for us after we had used the computer assessment system in the store. She took time to listen to us and understand our requirements and guided us accordingly.

We were allowed a few minutes to browse before being approached. After confirming our needs we were given the opportunity to try the bed simulator. Anthony (sales rep)was attentive to our needs. He gave us his honest opinion and was a great help in picking what was to become our purchase. He showed all the options, some of which we purchased. The recycling of mattresses was of great interest hence us taking up that option. The mattress was within budget too. A great visit.

We were made welcome, not under pressure to purchase.

We ordered a Francis Ottoman Bed Frame 30/11/19 tried doing it online had problems so went into store the next day but missed out on Silentnight Pillows as it ended the day ( at midnight ) we tried doing order online. We said we would return over Christmas to order Mattress which we did today. Sadly Pillows were available but not on this Silentnight Mattress offer. Both occasions Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this branch to all friends and family and anyone else. Looking forward to 27/01/20 for our combined delivery and good nights sleep. Thank you Dreams of Orpington. Mrs J Dennard.

I dealt with the Manager and his knowledge on all products was outstanding. Every question was answered. He needs to be congratulated on his expertise

I was very wary about buying another mattress as this would be the second mattress in 9mths (purchased from a different bed supplier who I would not recommend). Tony at dreams was amazing he was very knowledgeable, patient and listened to our needs. He did not rush us into a sale. Much better experience than we had 9mths ago

All of our expectations were met. We were due to visit other suppliers but made purchase based on our visit to the Sidcup store

We received a very warm welcome from Marian who took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The store was busy and she was understandably balancing her time with us. She introduced us to James (Store manager) who finalised our order. All staff in the shop were very polite, pleasant, friendly and a credit to the store.

We had 2 people serve us because first one which was the manager was called away but both were very knowledgeable and helped us a great deal and we left feeling very satisfied .
