my requirement was unusual in that I was purchasing mattresses for a guest house therefore my own preferences of hardness/softness did not matter. The colleague explained the different type of mattress construction and answered well my questions on durability

Knowledge of products and how they are made.

Tony was brilliant from the moment I walked in, nothing was too much trouble and we left having found everything we needed

We were approached by Tony as we entered the store and asked if we needed any assistance. He told us where the product we were looking for was and to browse at our leisure and if we needed any more assistance to give him a shout. Once we had a rough idea of what we wanted we called him over and he went through all the features of the product. We then sorted the paperwork out which he lead us through without any problems. We shall definitely return to the shop due to his professionalism

Anthony who assisted us was the second person to approach me and my family, he was very polite and very helpful. While I was taking the sleep match test we were offered tea or coffee which also helped my experience. This was a nice touch and also helped my decision on the purchase. If this was not for Anthony taking the time and effort I would of looked at other options from other retailers. I therefore have given top score although a bit low on price but as I was happy with the service provided I felt it was the right option. Credit has to be given to Anthony on this occasion as without him I am not sure would have completed the purchase. Well done Anthony and if I see you in the pub will gladly buy you a beer or 2

Staff at Orpington Branch knew what we were looking for, were very helpful and knew exactly what we wanted.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely atmosphere in the shop amongst the staff. Whilst the lady who served us advised us about products she was not pushy at all.

We were given a warm greeting on entering the store, staff were very helpful, not pushy and made some very good recommendations. Jas put us on the new 'sleep match' technology to help us find the correct mattress. This was very useful as it assisted in helping us make the right decision plus it cut down the time of us trying out many different mattresses. We were also offered tea and coffee and told to take as much time as we needed. We did have a budget and Jas was helpful in finding us a bedframe we liked that was within the budget and met all our requirements. Jas also gave us a detailed explanation about delivery and the next steps.

From walking through the door being greeted with a smile and a happy voice We needed somebody that understood the needs of what we were purchasing and Marian was that person very friendly and knowledgeable and took her time asking the tight questions I. The right way and was great with our little girl to. We tried serval different mattresses after using the sleep pro and Marian knew what mattresses to go to and advise us on I have sleep problems though pain and a lot of discomfort and she took the time to understand and recommend the right products A absolute pleasure to deal with and not in any way shape or form pushy on sales which is a big no no with me. The store was lovely and clean and the other sales advisors where very polite and helpful to

Found the assistant extremely helpful, especially with my mum who has dementia. Nothing was too much trouble. We weren’t rushed so had time to think and try out chosen beds.
