The lady that helped us Marian was very good at listening to us and giving us good advice on the products we were interested in. We didn't feel pressured or pushed into buying anything and this really helped us make our choice much easier.

Greeted as soon as we came through the door. Gentleman who served us impressed us with his knowledge of the mattresses and pillows available and the time he saved us by the test mattress, which informed us of the range of mattresses assessed as the most appropriate for our respective sleeping positions. We also tried two pillows on his recommendation and will buy another two when completing our payment tomorrow.

well laid out - lady assistant friendly and helpful, answered all my questions quickly and easily. Only needed to be in the store for about 15 minutes, chose my mattress with the help of the assistant, then walked out with order and delivery dates all wrapped up!

was approached by a colleague (marian) who could see we were in need of assistance. She directed us to the computerized bed that analysed our needs. She offered us a drink while on the bed. Once results produced she supplied us with personal pillows and showed various beds that met our needs. Early in this process we made her aware of our rough budget which she took into account. She then left us to retry the beds at our leisure without applying any undue sales pressure. A very pleasant retail experience.
