All round good service

Just a great service, the gentleman knew what he was talking about and was very helpful

Lovely assistant who was helpful and polite.except for not having my daughters bed on display for me to see everything was there I needed.got a decent price for my all my bits.

There was a lot of choice and it was very helpful to be matched to appropriate mattresses. The savings I made during the sale was also very nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We tested a lot of mattresses and made our choice. The time it took to complete the order was ok.

James and Tee were extremely helpful and polite, patient with our two children playing hide and seek in the shop and with our indecision trying out mattresses. They showed great knowledge of the products and their friendliness was a major factor in me choosing to make a purchase.

From the moment I walked through the door the manager James helped me and listened to what I wanted. He was friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

When we arrived we were shortly seen to by marina she was very helpful to our needs and expectations, we was taken through the mattress matching machine and with the information marina helped us narrow down what was best for us. We was shown and tested out around 5 different mattresses given the knowledge about each one along the way. Marina then left us to go through those we preferred so they was no pressure or being made to feel like there was being a sale pushed apon us at all! We was offered tea/coffee while we did this which was nice .... When we had made our choice with a little more information from marina the sale was quick and easy very happy.

A gentleman called Tee looked after us. He was available straight away, offered us a hot drink was willing to spend the time with us we needed and was all round very professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with.
