We were made to feel welcome, offered the sleep match test and offered a cup of coffee, we were very happy with the service from James where he changed the pillows to suit when we tested the bed we chose.

Jasbir approached me as soon as I walked in and had a very friendly manner about her.

We bought what we wanted and had seen it on the website, the lady that helped us was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, infact the friendlyness of the staff was very nice, as we told them, before we make our minds up and purchase the Hopkins bed we will go to the other bedstore afew meters away, which we did. We certainly didn't get the same reception and staff were more interested in going home. Hence why we purchased a bed frame at DREAMS.

The assistant was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable without being pushy.

Marian guided us through the mattress test, and then helped recommend several till she helped us find the perfect one for both our backs.

Marion at the Orpington store was very helpful. I knew what it was I was after as had already looked online, she was extremely helpful in assisting me and helping me get my order placed. Very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell the products available to me.
