I was delighted with the service. We were greeted with a smile and prominently asked if we were needing help, then given the time to brows before discussing our options. The rep serving us was Jas she offered up the great service of your Sleepmatch machine which was a good experience and then even offered us tea and coffee, so nice as we had not experienced that anywhere else. Jas took the time to explain the different brands and types of mattresses made sure we took time to test many of the options advised to us by you amazing sleepmatch machine. I loved the facet we had pillows to suit us and Jas gave us so much information it was truly a great customer explain.
