The Orpington store had sufficient distancing measures in place and would only allow a certain amount of customers in. We told the man serving us what we needed and he gave us 3 different options, he made choosing a mattress very simple. We were in and out in 20 minutes.

My daughter and I were met at the hand sanitizing station, and we were asked if we wanted the staff to put on masks. We stated "No" as we were able to stick to the two metre rule.
