As we went into the store we were immediately greeted with a smile..offered water and hand sanitizer. When we couldn't see what we were directed to something very similar which may help, All of the beds and mattresses were explained to me which helped me make my decision easily. She was very helpful in choosing a good delivery date which will. Overall I cannot fault the service.

We found Marian and all the staff at your Orpington store friendly and helpful.We had been concerned at visiting due to the current pandemic and i had a phone chat with Marian before we visited who explained all the procedures that had been put in place, the stock that they held and how I would be assessed by a machine to indicate the type of mattress that i would be compatible with. . We were reassured and found when visiting that everything was set out as she described and we could relax. Marian was friendly and very helpful and explained how everything would go and what we especially liked was that she didnt push us, let us take our time and she left us alone to try out all the mattresses again before we made our minds up.
