Dreams - Orpington Springvale

I think we saw the store manager Lee. He was very knowledgeable about the products, impressively so, and took the time to understand what we wanted. We felt that he wanted us to get the right bed for our needs and there was no hint of any hard sell. We thought he had the balance just right - a very good advert for your firm.

From the moment we stepped into the premises we were helped by a lovely assistant.

Lee was efficient and informative as well as kind and helpful.

Lee and his colleague was spot on with all knowledge and made myself and my family feel welcome in his branch including making our little boy apart of the process in purchasing a bed

Really approachable staff could not do anymore. There was no pressure to buy even though I did and they were very knowledgeable

Marian was friendly and helpful and made myself and my teenage daughter (who is really shy), feel at ease. She had good knowledge on the mattress types and the beds and she helped me choose my dream bed. The store was clean, tidy and well laid out.
