Absolutely brilliant, Lee served me, he was very helpful with helping me choose the right mattress for me, offered me a drink and the paperwork was completed so quickly, he even arranged the delivery to suit me. Can't fault him one little bit, I will definitely be returning to Dreams for my next purchase and will be singing your praises to all my friends.

Jasbir was helpful informative and above all patient giving us time to discuss options privately but on hand to field questions. Only the noisy heating/ventilation system disturbed our concentration. We were offered refreshment and not pressured in any way. Very good service.
