Clear helpful advice from Lee on the phone before I went to the store, quick service on arrival and to place the order. Got what I wanted, although a little more expensive than I'd seen online

The staff were very welcoming, offering us a drink and the use of the sleep motion scanner. This enables us to really find a mattress that we were happy with quickly. Marian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and delivery. She explained all our options which helped us to make a decision which we are 100% happy with.

Staff were friendly & welcoming . I felt safe in store as PPE was in place & the staff were Using sanitiser liberally which was reassuring. I was offered additional products pillows & mattress covers and I was impressed at the sleep match technology. I was given a nice cup of coffee which was pleasant.
