The assistant approached us initially then allowed us to browse and try beds. She was there when we needed questions answered but we did not feel pressured at all. Having looked at several beds and tried out many mattresses we finally made our decision. It is not nice being followed and this assistant did not do that. We came to buy a bed and we did. Had the assistant been overwhelming we would have walked out. But the assistant gave us space but was there when needed. We were very pleased.

Lee, the store manager was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to understand our needs and find a bed that suited us both. I am pregnant and he took the time to learn my pre pregnancy sleeping habits too to make sure the bed is comfy now and also once the baby is born. The speed of ordering was incredibly fast, we were very impressed from start to finish. Thank you!
