Once in the store we were greeted by Tee who asked all the relevant questions was cheerful and helpful spoke about the merit’s of each bed and mattress i was really impressed with his knowledge and attitude

Was approached immediately to see if we needed help, the man was lovely and very patient as we browsed the store. Once ready he was there to help

The salesman was very helpful on our two visits. The first time he did a sleep match to show what mattresses were suitable and showed them to us giving us an indication of price. He also took into consideration the fact that my husband has Parkinson’s and finds it hard to move in bed. There was no pressure put on us to buy there and then. We went away to consider the options and a few days later came back. We had chosen three mattresses to look at again and the same salesman spent time showing us the mattresses and explaining the difference between them. Once we made a decision the process of giving us a quote and processing the order was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, spent a good amount of time understanding our needs and helping us find a mattress, bedframe, and pillow to suit. Jack also helped us find a food delivery slot, whilst assuring us we can push it back if needed.

Friendly assistant who gave appropriate choice and information. He gave us time to discuss the choices and make a decision.

Assistant was able to show me the exact product I was looking for, quick order process and delivery time incredible. Ordered Saturday delivery arranged for Wednesday. Amazed
