Lee (who I believe is the manager) was excellent and should be commended - he knew the products well and had in depth knowledge on the subject, he clearly has done his homework and knows his stuff. At no time did we feel pressurised or hurried and he made us feel welcome and wanted. His attention to the amount of people in the store was superb, on several occasions locking the door to avoid overcrowding. clearly the safety of customers and staff were a priority - alot of stores could learn from Lee.

The assistant was helpful and gave me time to think which was the best bed. When I asked him questions he was knowledgable and I think I really did choose the right bed for me .

I was seen immediately by a very professional salesperson who told me everything about each product and why they might vary from product to product. My personal measurements were taken digitally and I was shown a selection of mattresses. I was able to try out any mattress I wanted and told all about it when I asked. The salesperson was extremely friendly and sociable and professional. I have already recommended the branch of Dreams to a friend. I was offered bottled water and the Covid 19 safety measures made me feel secure and confident.
