Me my other half and our little gir was welcomed by lisa Marie at orpingrion springvale Lisa Was very helpful assisted us with the machine you lie on to test what bed comfort you would need then gave us our disinfected pillows each so that we could lie on some beds the hygiene was excellent she walked us through our bed choices and she was fantastic answered all our questions was very polite and friendly had a chat and took time with us definitely 10/10 she couldn't of been any more helpful we ended up getting the tempur mattress and can not wait for it to be delivered when checking out lisa offered us water witch again 10/10 customer service what a lovely women definitely deserves a pay rise lisa went above and beyond and for that reason I will definitely recommend freinds and family to shop at dreams and I will definitely return to this store again what a fantastic experience we received thank you so much lisa keep up the hard work 10/10

We were greeted upon entering the store by a member of staff who explained they were with a client but another member of staff will be right over, and he was. Lee helped us with the sleep match machine and helped us to gauge what our perfect matress was. After the Sleep Match was finished we were promptly offered freshly sanitised pillows to test the matched matresses. Lee went through all of the options with us and had detailed knowledge of all of the matched products explaining the pros and cons of each. The process of buying the matress was easy and all additional products/options were offered and thoroughly explained which is a great help. We were also offered refreshments whilst on the premises which not many companies do. Overall we felt at ease with the staff members, didn't hold back any questions and felt no pressure in terms of buying products. Would 100% recommend this branch and all members of staff working there
